About The Position

Brookdale is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide personalized care to seniors in a memory care community. The role is offered as full-time day and evening shifts, as well as part-time and PRN shifts across all shifts. Shift differentials add $2 per hour for weekday evenings and weekend days, and $4 per hour for weekend evenings and nights. Base pay is determined by the applicant’s skills and experience. CNAs work with community management to support residents, provide status updates at the beginning and end of each shift, assist with dining and personal care, check vital signs, and perform clinical procedures according to community policy. The role requires successful completion and ongoing maintenance of state CNA/STNA certification. Requirements

Successfully complete a State CNA/STNA course.
Maintain CNA/STNA certification.

Responsibilities

Provide personalized care to senior residents in coordination with community management.
Give resident status updates at the beginning and end of each shift.
Check in with residents and assist with dining and personal care needs.
Check vital signs and perform clinical procedures according to community policy.
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including showers, bathroom assistance, dressing, and grooming.
