About The Position
Highland Hills Post Acute is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join their team. This is a skilled nursing and post-acute care facility with 200 beds. The facility is undergoing a new chapter with new leadership focused on employee retention and engagement. They offer a welcoming environment, steady hours due to a strong census, and a knowledgeable HR team. Leaders are invested in employees and value their ideas.
Requirements
- Active CNA certification in good standing in Pennsylvania
- Ability to communicate and empathize with a vulnerable population
Nice To Haves
- PointClickCare (PCC) experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with their activities of daily living.
- Ensure care meets current state, federal, and local standards under the supervision of nursing staff.
