About The Position

Vibra Healthcare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide assistance to licensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care. The position involves providing and documenting activities of daily living, including personal hygiene and grooming, and maintaining a clean, healthy, and safe environment. The CNA uses basic infection-control procedures and basic nutrition and fluid-intake skills, and recognizes and responds to emergency situations.

This is a full-time evening position with 8-hour shifts from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. A $2,500 bonus opportunity is offered.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience as a Nurse Aide; other relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education.
• Current, valid, and active certification to practice as a Nursing Assistant, as applicable in the state of employment.
• BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor within six months of hire.
• Ability to project a professional image.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Strong organizational, prioritizing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
• Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.

• Acute care or LTAC experience.
