About The Position

Interim HealthCare is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide personalized, home-based care to seniors in Ormond Beach, Florida. The role supports clients in living safely and happily at home through personal care, assistance with daily activities, companionship, and attention to home safety. The position is part-time, with a pay range of $19.00–$22.00 per hour depending on placement. Caregivers work with a 1:1 aide-to-client ratio and can set their own schedule. Requirements

CNA license or HHA certificate.
CPR certification.
Valid Florida driver’s license, auto insurance, and transportation.
Compassionate and helpful nature and good communication skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

Six months of experience in a healthcare role is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care and support so seniors can live safely at home.
Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation, and companionship.
Help clients with ambulation, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises.
Provide medication reminders, document clients’ condition, and notify a supervisor of concerns.
Maintain a safe home environment, including unobstructed pathways.
Participate in activities clients enjoy, such as puzzles, games, reading, and hobbies.
