About The Position
Meadows Park Health & Rehab is hiring a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents. The CNA supports residents’ daily needs with dignity and respect, builds meaningful relationships, and works alongside nurses and interdisciplinary teams to help deliver exceptional care. The role offers a day shift, starting pay of $17.63 to $18.68 per hour, with shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends. Requirements
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Georgia or eligibility to obtain it.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Nice To Haves
- Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
- Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
- Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
