About The Position

Lynn Haven Health & Rehab is hiring a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant for the day shift. The CNA provides compassionate, patient-centered care and supports residents’ daily needs with dignity and respect. The role includes building meaningful relationships with residents, assisting with activities of daily living, supporting mobility and transfers, observing residents’ conditions, and working with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to provide exceptional care. Requirements

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification, issued by the State of Georgia or eligibility to obtain it.

Nice To Haves

• Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support resident mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
