About The Position
Meadows Park Health & Rehab is hiring a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant for a day shift. The CNA provides compassionate, patient-centered care and supports residents’ daily needs with dignity and respect. The role involves building meaningful relationships with residents and working with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver quality care in a supportive, non-profit, mission-driven organization.
Requirements
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Georgia, or eligibility to obtain it.
- A heart for service and a passion for caring for others.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliability and a commitment to excellence.
Nice To Haves
- Prior long-term care experience is preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
- Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
- Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
