About The Position

Orchard Health & Rehab is seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents. The role focuses on supporting residents’ daily needs with dignity and respect, building meaningful relationships, and working with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care. The position is a day shift role. Starting pay is $17.63 to $18.68 per hour, with shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends, and weekly pay.

Requirements

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Georgia or eligibility for certification.
• A heart for service and a passion for caring for others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.

Nice To Haves

• Prior long-term care experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
