About The Position
Milford Health & Rehabilitation, an affiliate of National Health Care Associates, is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to provide compassionate, personalized care to residents. The role supports residents with activities of daily living, monitors their health, offers emotional support, and collaborates with healthcare professionals to promote high-quality care. Starting pay is $21.21 per hour.
Requirements
- Valid state certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA).
- Compassionate and empathetic nature.
- Interest in the nursing needs of aging and chronically ill people, and ability to work with both.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Dedication to upholding high standards of care.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and record vital signs.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
- Assist residents with mobility and transfers.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to develop care plans.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
