About The Position
Benedictine is hiring a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for its TCU. The CNA provides high-quality, compassionate direct care to residents, ensuring they are treated with dignity and respect and have choices in their lives. The role includes reporting changes in residents’ conditions to an RN or LPN and documenting care in the POC system. The CNA is expected to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
Requirements
- Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
- BLS Certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care.
- Report changes in residents’ conditions to an RN or LPN.
- Chart in the POC system.
- Demonstrate effective time management and prioritize tasks.
