About The Position
Brookdale is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA); in Ohio, the role is called a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA). CNAs work with community management to provide seniors with personalized care, assist residents with daily needs, and report resident status updates at the beginning and end of each shift. The role requires successful completion of a State CNA/STNA course and maintenance of certification. Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide seniors with personalized care in coordination with community management.
- Give resident status updates at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Check in with residents and assist with dining and personal care needs.
- Perform vital sign checks and clinical procedures according to community policy.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including showers, bathroom assistance, dressing, and grooming.
