Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
About The Position
Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants to join its healthcare team. The company describes itself as a provider with over 25 years in the private duty health care industry, focused on exceptional patient care and improving health outcomes in the community. CNAs work with one patient for the complete shift, getting to know the patient, their needs, and their family life. They assist with daily living activities, comfort, and overall well-being to enhance quality of life. Full-time and part-time shifts are available, including 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. shifts on various weekdays and weekends. Pay is $20–$22 per hour.
Requirements
- Driver’s license.
- Social Security card.
- Auto insurance card.
- Current CPR card.
- CNA state certification.
- TB test results: a two-step test or chest X-ray within the last 12 months, or QuantiFERON Gold blood work within the last 5 years.
Responsibilities
- Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems and report and discuss observations with a supervisor or case manager.
- Assist patients with lifting and transferring to support mobility.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
- Perform light housekeeping, such as changing bed linens, laundry, cleaning, or preparing meals.
- Enhance patients’ quality of life and build relationships through conversation, shared activities, and mental stimulation.
- Monitor patients’ pulse, temperature, and respiration.
