About The Position

The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides person-centered personal care to residents in The Marquardt’s Skilled Nursing Facility under the supervision of a licensed nurse. The Marquardt is an Illuminus Community in Watertown, Wisconsin, serving older adults through skilled nursing and other senior living options. This role may be available full-time, part-time, or PRN, with scheduling options that vary according to community needs. Shifts may be eight hours and may include a scheduled weekend rotation. Pay is $19.16–$21.29 per hour, based on experience.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be current on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry.
• Be located within approximately 30 minutes of Watertown, Wisconsin.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, hygiene, dressing, toileting, mobility, meals, and room preparation, according to the care plan.
• Monitor residents’ conditions, respond promptly to needs, report changes or incidents to the licensed nurse, and accurately document care each shift.
• Promote resident dignity, respect, rights, and effective communication while following safety, infection prevention, universal precautions, body mechanics, and equipment-use standards.
• Participate in meetings, training, continuing education, on-call duties, and other assigned responsibilities.
