About The Position

The Certified Nursing Assistant provides residents with personal care and assistance with activities of daily living, following resident care plans and doctors’ orders. The role oversees daily shift responsibilities while working alongside staff in other buildings on campus and cooperates with team members to provide excellent service to elders and their families. The position includes a 3 p.m.–11 p.m. shift and a weekend rotation.

Requirements

• Certified Nursing Assistant certification is required.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Dress and behave professionally.
• Able to perform shift work, including some weekends and holidays.
• Able to work autonomously and as a team member.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Must pass a background check, drug test, and physical.
• Must be fully vaccinated.

Responsibilities

• Provide residents with personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Maintain proper documentation and records.
• Complete housekeeping, dietary, and life enrichment tasks as needed to meet resident needs.
• Interact professionally with staff, visitors, and family members.
• Comply with company policies, standards, and licensing rules.
• Perform other tasks as requested by the supervisor.
• Oversee daily shift responsibilities while working alongside staff in other buildings on campus.
• Work cooperatively with team members to provide excellent service to elders and their families.
