Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
About The Position
Living Well Disability Services is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to support people with disabilities in living fulfilling lives. The role involves providing personal care, assisting with medications, supporting participation in activities and community connections, maintaining electronic service documentation, and helping keep a comfortable home through meal preparation and cleaning. Positions are available at multiple locations throughout the Twin Cities and surrounding communities. Full-time and part-time schedules are available; most include a combination of weekday and weekend hours. The organization provides 24-hour services, seven days a week, and recruiting staff will work with candidates to find a location and schedule that fits their needs. Starting pay is $18.50 per hour.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid driver's license.
- Valid CNA certification and good standing on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry.
- Ability to pass a Minnesota Department of Human Services background study.
- Comfort using computers and smart technology.
- Ability to lift 30 pounds regularly and 100 pounds occasionally.

- Leadership and scheduling experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with activities of daily living and personal care needs.
- Support individuals with their medication needs.
- Help individuals participate in activities they enjoy and stay connected to their communities.
- Maintain accurate documentation using the electronic records system.
- Assist with meal preparation and cleaning to maintain a comfortable living environment.
