About The Position
Rosewood Rehab & Healthcare Center is seeking compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants to join its skilled nursing and long-term care team. The role focuses on providing high-quality, person-centered care to residents in rehabilitation, long-term care, and skilled nursing settings. The position is located in Independence, Missouri, and is scheduled for weekends. The listed pay is $20–$21 per hour.
Requirements
- Valid Missouri CNA certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- COVID-19 vaccination or willingness to comply with requirements.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for working in rehabilitation, long-term care, or skilled nursing facilities.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
- Provide personalized care with kindness, respect, and dignity.
- Foster a safe and socially engaging environment.
- Monitor and document residents’ health and well-being.
- Support residents’ emotional and physical health through compassionate care.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
