About The Position

Northridge Health & Rehab is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide resident care in a supportive, non-profit, mission-driven organization. The CNA builds meaningful relationships with residents and supports their daily needs with dignity and respect. The role offers pay of $17.63 to $18.68 per hour, shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends, and weekly pay. All shifts are available.

Requirements

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Georgia or eligibility to obtain it.

• Prior long-term care experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver care.
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
