Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
About The Position
Volare Health is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to provide high-quality care and comfort to residents at Hearthstone Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Medford, Oregon. The role offers a supportive team, career growth opportunities, and a rewarding work environment. The schedule is PRN, and the pay range is $23.45–$33.42 per hour, based on certified experience. CNAs assist residents with daily living activities, help ensure their safety and dignity, follow care plans, document vital signs, and maintain clean and organized rooms. They work collaboratively with other team members to deliver quality care.
Requirements
- Active CNA certification in good standing with the state.
- Recent education or completed clinical hours.
- Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Caring, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
- Ensure resident safety, comfort, and dignity at all times.
- Follow care plans and document vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
- Maintain clean and organized resident rooms.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to deliver quality care.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
