About The Position

The Certified Nursing Assistant provides compassionate, hands-on support to patients in their homes and facility settings throughout the Rome, Georgia service area and surrounding counties, including Floyd, Chattooga, Bartow, and Polk. The CNA works under the supervision of a licensed nurse and collaborates with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams to support patient comfort, safety, and a family-centered approach to care. The role serves adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. Mileage is reimbursed at the current IRS standard rate.

This is a full-time position scheduled for 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with no weekends or holidays. Hours may occasionally extend later depending on patient needs and visit schedules.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Completion of an accredited CNA training program or equivalent.
• Active CNA certification in the state of Georgia.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.

• At least 1 year of CNA experience.
