About The Position

Life Care of Treasure Valley is seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join its team. As an important member of the interdisciplinary team, the CNA provides routine daily nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. The role includes delivering direct care such as bathing, feeding, grooming, and toileting as directed. The position offers full-time and part-time shifts. Evening shifts (2 p.m.–10 p.m.) include a $1-per-hour differential, and night shifts (10 p.m.–6 a.m.) include a $2-per-hour differential. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time employment, paid after 90 days.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of a state-approved CNA program.
• Currently registered or licensed in the applicable state, with an active license in good standing maintained throughout employment.
• CPR certification upon hire or obtained during orientation; certification must remain current during employment.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.
• Ability to communicate and function productively on an interdisciplinary team.
• Ability to maintain professional working relationships with associates, vendors, and others.

Nice To Haves

• One year of skilled nursing experience preferred.
