Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
About The Position
Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants to join its healthcare team. The company has been a provider in the private-duty healthcare industry for over 25 years and focuses on delivering patient care and improving community health outcomes. CNAs work with one patient for the entire shift, becoming familiar with the patient's needs and family life. The role involves assisting with daily living activities, supporting comfort and well-being, and helping enhance quality of life. Full-time and part-time shifts are available, including 7 a.m.–7 p.m. and 7 p.m.–7 a.m. shifts on various weekdays and weekends. Pay is $20–$22 per hour.
Requirements
- Driver's license.
- Social Security card.
- Auto insurance card.
- Current CPR card.
- CNA state certification.
- TB test results: a two-step test or chest X-ray within the last 12 months, or QuantiFERON Gold blood work within the last five years.
Responsibilities
- Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems, and report and discuss observations with a supervisor or case manager.
- Support patient mobility by assisting with lifting and transfers as needed.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
- Perform light housekeeping, such as changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning, or preparing meals.
- Enhance patients' quality of life and build relationships through conversation, shared activities, and mental stimulation.
- Monitor patients' pulse, temperature, and respiration.
