About The Position
Waters Edge Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a passionate and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join its resident-focused care team. The CNA provides patient care under the direction of nursing staff and helps maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff. The position is based at Waters Edge Health & Rehabilitation in Kenosha, Wisconsin, and is offered as full-time or part-time work. Pay is based on experience; employees may have the option to waive benefits for a higher wage scale or choose an unbenefited position for the highest rate. Benefits may vary based on employee status.
Requirements
- Hold a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of Wisconsin in good standing.
- Have excellent customer service skills.
- Have a passion for working with the aging population.
- Have great communication skills.
- Be able to work rotating weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care under the direction of nursing staff.
- Change linens and assist with transferring, transporting, feeding, and grooming patients.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
- Work rotating weekends and holidays.
