About The Position

Prestige Loving Home Care is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide one-on-one care to clients. The role involves helping clients live comfortably and independently while delivering care with compassion, respect, and professionalism. The position offers flexible day-shift hours, a supportive team environment, and meaningful caregiving experiences. Work is in person in Indianapolis, Indiana, and applicants must be willing to travel up to 20 miles.

Requirements

CNA or HHA certification from an accredited program.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Compassionate, patient-centered attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical ability to lift and assist clients safely.
Attention to detail and ability to follow care plans.
Ability to commute to Indianapolis, IN 46217, and willingness to travel up to 20 miles.
Applicants are asked whether they hold a CNA license, CPR certification, and a TB test result.
Applicants are asked to provide their available hours and shifts and service areas within 20 minutes of their location, and to indicate whether they are located in Indianapolis.

Nice To Haves

One year of caregiving experience preferred.
CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Assist with mobility, lifting, and safe transfers.
Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic environment.
Provide medication reminders.
Engage clients in games and meaningful activities.
