About The Position

We are seeking caring and compassionate CNA's to work 7A or 7P (12 hour shifts) Weekdays or Weekends (Weekend Premium Pay). White Oak Manor Tryon is looking for compassionate, dependable CNAs to join our incredible nursing team! Our beautiful campus provides long-term care and rehabilitation services in a warm, family-oriented environment where residents are treated with dignity, respect, and compassion.
Requirements
- Current North Carolina Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
- Excellent communication and resident care skills
Nice To Haves
- Long-term care experience preferred, but new CNAs are encouraged to apply!
Responsibilities
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Assisting with meals and hydration
- Taking and recording vital signs as assigned
- Helping residents with mobility, transfers, and repositioning while following our No Lift Policy
- Answering call lights promptly and providing compassionate care
- Observing and reporting changes in residents' conditions
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
- Assisting residents with activities and appointments
- Working closely with our nurses and interdisciplinary team
- Following HIPAA, infection control, and safety guidelines
- Providing exceptional customer service to residents and families
- Help create moments of comfort, dignity, and joy for those entrusted to our care.
