The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides direct, hands-on care to residents in a long-term care setting within a Critical Access Hospital. Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), the CNA supports residents with activities of daily living, ensures their comfort and safety, and promotes dignity and quality of life in a compassionate and respectful manner.
