About The Position

Allcare Home Health Agency is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide high-quality, personalized, one-on-one in-home care to clients in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. The agency is locally owned and operated and provides services in clients’ homes and community environments. Care may also be provided in long-term care facilities and assisted living communities. Available shifts include AM, PM, and overnight. The employer is hiring immediately and indicates that candidates can start as soon as possible.

Requirements

• Current North Carolina CNA certification.
• Current TB test.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Current auto insurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional demeanor.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Assist with mobility and transfers.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
• Follow individualized care plans and agency policies.
• Check vital signs.
