About The Position
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is a vital member of the healthcare team and provides direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses. The CNA provides basic nursing care and assists patients or residents with activities of daily living. This role requires superior customer service skills and contributes to the multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a nursing assistant course.
- Valid CNA certification.
- CPR/BLS certification required.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Six months of CNA experience in a sub-acute or acute setting preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed nurses.
