About The Position
Highland Hills Post Acute is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join their team in Pittsburgh, PA. This 200-bed skilled nursing and post-acute care facility is under new leadership focused on employee retention and engagement. They offer a welcoming environment, steady hours due to a strong census, and a supportive HR team. Leaders are invested in employee ideas and growth. The role involves assisting residents with activities of daily living under the supervision of nursing staff, ensuring care meets all state, federal, and local standards.
Requirements
- Active CNA certification in good standing in Pennsylvania
- Ability to communicate and empathize with a vulnerable population
Nice To Haves
- PointClickCare (PCC) experience preferred
- Interest in picking up PRN shifts at other regional facilities
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with their activities of daily living.
- Ensure care meets current state, federal, and local standards under the supervision of nursing staff.
