About The Position
Community Care, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide home health care to clients in Westmoreland and Fayette County, Pennsylvania. The role offers a supportive home setting, opportunities to build meaningful connections, and flexible scheduling. This is a PRN position.
Requirements
- Current CNA certification in the state of Pennsylvania.
- At least 1 year of aide experience.
- CPR certification.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- A caring heart, strong independence, and a passion for pediatric care.
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, bed mobility, transfers, and eating according to individualized care plans.
- Assist clients with medication reminders.
- Document visits and patient progress accurately and promptly.
