About The Position
Well-Spring, A Life Plan Community in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the 3rd Shift (11:00 PM–7:00 AM). This role focuses on building relationships and providing compassionate care to residents, with lower resident ratios and a supportive team environment. The position offers a set schedule and opportunities for professional growth within a mission-driven, nonprofit organization.
Requirements
- Active North Carolina CNA certification in good standing on the NC Health Care Personnel Registry
- Completion of an approved Nurse Aide training program
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position
Responsibilities
- Assisting with activities of daily living
- Providing personal care and mobility assistance
- Taking and recording vital signs
- Documenting care accurately
- Communicating with nurses and other members of the care team
- Creating a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment for residents
- Building trusting relationships through compassionate, person-centered care
