About The Position
Seasons Rehab & Healthcare Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join its clinical team and help maintain a high level of resident care in a skilled nursing community. The role focuses on providing compassionate, personalized support to residents with activities of daily living and helping create a safe, clean, and socially engaging environment. New graduates are welcome. Day and night 12-hour shifts are available, with weekend work indicated by the position title. The stated pay rate is $21 per hour.
Requirements
- Current license as a Certified Nurse Assistant in the state of Missouri.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized care to support residents with activities of daily living.
- Encourage residents to socialize and engage with one another.
- Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
- Assist residents with personal hygiene needs.
- Pass out meal trays and document food and fluid intake.
- Make beds and keep residents’ spaces clean and tidy.
- Perform other tasks involved in residents’ daily care.
