About The Position
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides routine resident nurse aide care in accordance with each patient’s care plan. The role supports the greatest possible degree of patient independence while following safety policies and procedures and applicable state and federal guidelines and regulations. The position is full time, with four 2 PM to 10 PM shifts available, at Skilled Nursing at The Carlyle at Stonebridge Park in Southlake, Texas.
Requirements
- Hold an active Texas Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) license (#CNANR).
Responsibilities
- Provide routine resident nurse aide care in accordance with the patient’s care plan.
- Support the greatest possible degree of patient independence while maintaining safety and following policies, procedures, and state and federal guidelines and regulations.
- Follow established policies and procedures for safe lifting and transferring of patients.
- Identify, document, and report changes in residents’ conditions to the supervisor.
