Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
About The Position
Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join its healthcare team. The company has been a provider in the private duty health care industry for over 25 years and focuses on delivering patient care and improving health outcomes in the community. CNAs work with one patient for the complete shift, becoming familiar with the patient, their needs, and family life. The role involves assisting with daily living activities, ensuring patient comfort, and supporting overall well-being and quality of life. Full-time and part-time shifts are available, with 7 a.m.–7 p.m. and 7 p.m.–7 a.m. shifts on various weekdays and weekends. Pay is $20–$22 per hour.
Requirements
- Driver’s license.
- Social Security card.
- Auto insurance card.
- Current CPR card.
- State CNA certification.
- TB test results: a two-step test or chest X-ray within the last 12 months, or QuantiFERON Gold blood work within the last five years.
Responsibilities
- Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems, and report and discuss observations with a supervisor or case manager.
- Assist patients with lifting and transferring to support mobility.
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
- Perform light housekeeping, such as changing bed linens, doing laundry, cleaning, or preparing meals.
- Enhance patients’ quality of life and build relationships through conversation, shared activities, and mental stimulation.
- Monitor patients’ pulse, temperature, and respiration.
