About The Position

Acts is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide care to residents in its skilled nursing neighborhood. Under the supervision of licensed nursing staff, the CNA delivers compassionate, high-quality care and direct, hands-on assistance with daily living activities, while prioritizing residents’ safety, comfort, and dignity. The CNA monitors residents’ physical and emotional well-being and promptly reports changes to licensed nursing staff to support proactive, personalized care.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current state certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
• Current CPR certification, or ability to obtain it within three months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, eating, toileting, mobility, and other daily living activities.
• Prioritize residents’ safety, comfort, and dignity while providing care.
• Monitor residents’ physical and emotional well-being.
• Promptly report changes in residents’ condition to licensed nursing staff.
