About The Position
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Spring Mill Meadows helps foster a warm, supportive, homelike environment where residents’ well-being is prioritized. The role assists residents with activities of daily living and provides companionship and reassurance, while supporting dignity, respect, and individualized attention. CNAs collaborate with nursing and other facility teams to provide coordinated care and demonstrate the organization’s C.A.R.E. values: Compassion, Accountability, Relationships, and Excellence.
Requirements
- Hold a valid and current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Indiana.
- Be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
- Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.
- Demonstrate supportive presence, physical stamina, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living.
