About The Position
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) performs patient care activities and accommodative services under the general supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse. The CNA works within the limits of the position, does not administer medications or therapy, and does not assume independent responsibility for patient care. Duties are carried out in accordance with PAM Health policies, procedures, and guidelines. Other related duties may be assigned or requested. This is a 13-week assignment at Wausau Rehab paying $25 per hour. Travel reimbursement is not provided. The role is listed for nights. Requirements
- Current BLS certification is required.
- CNA certification is required where mandated by the state in which the hospital is located.
Nice To Haves
- High school graduation or equivalent is preferred.
- Two to three years of experience in an acute hospital, rehabilitation hospital, or skilled nursing unit is preferred.
