Charge Nurse (RN) Nights - 13 Week Assignment $60/HR
About The Position
This is an internal 13-week assignment position for a Charge Nurse (RN) working nights. The role involves utilizing the nursing process to deliver, direct, and supervise care to patients on the nursing unit. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and providing patient care, interdisciplinary planning, discharge planning, patient and family teaching, and accessing community resources. The position may also involve other related duties as assigned, including Charge Nurse responsibilities. Requirements
- Current licensure as a registered nurse (RN) in the state where the hospital resides, or compact licensure if state participates.
- Current BLS certification (AHA approved).
- Current ACLS certification is required for Charge Nurses.
- Evidence of ACLS certification is required within 90 days of employment (AHA approved).
Nice To Haves
- One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience.
Responsibilities
