About The Position
Diversicare of Boaz is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) or State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs). The role provides daily care and compassionate bedside assistance to patients and residents as part of a healthcare team, while supporting quality of life and a positive customer experience. The position offers 12-hour shifts, with every other weekend off. Available shifts are 6 a.m.–6 p.m. and 6 p.m.–6 a.m.; third-shift CNAs receive a $2.75 shift differential. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time CNAs. Diversicare also promotes career advancement through cross-training and shadowing in other departments.
Requirements
- State certification as a Nursing Assistant.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to report accurately and efficiently.
