About The Position

Aviata Healthcare Group is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants to provide daily care and support to residents at Aviata at Seminole in Seminole, Florida. The role focuses on residents’ comfort, dignity, and well-being in a team-oriented healthcare environment. Available schedules include full-time day shifts (7 a.m.–3 p.m.) and night shifts (11 p.m.–7 a.m.), as well as part-time night shifts (11 p.m.–7 a.m.).

Requirements

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of employment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in long-term care or skilled nursing is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
• Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
• Help residents move, transfer, and ambulate safely.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition to nursing staff.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Follow care plans and comply with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
