About The Position
The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) delivers and assists residents with daily needs, including personal care, preparation for activities and social programs, and routine activities. Care is provided in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements. The CNA provides basic nursing care within the scope of nursing assistant responsibilities and performs basic nursing procedures under the direction of the licensed nurse supervisor. The role is at Morton Memory Care in Nebraska City, Nebraska, with full-time day and night shifts available. Prior experience in a long-term care, skilled nursing, assisted living, or memory care setting is preferred. Requirements
- Hold an active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing in the state of practice.
- Have a passion for working with seniors.
- Have a flexible, fun, and energetic personality.
- Present a professional image in appearance and behavior.
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills.
