About The Position

Cypress Grove Rehab Center is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for full-time night-shift opportunities. CNAs foster a warm, supportive, homelike environment that prioritizes residents’ well-being, dignity, respect, and individualized attention. They assist residents with activities of daily living, provide companionship and reassurance, and work with nursing and other facility teams to deliver coordinated, comprehensive care. The role calls for a supportive presence, physical stamina, collaboration, teamwork, and interpersonal communication. Requirements

Hold a valid, current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Indiana.
Be able to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and assisting with resident mobility.
Have a strong passion for geriatric nursing and a commitment to senior care excellence.
Have the stamina, strength, and endurance to provide nursing services.
Demonstrate teamwork, collaboration, supportive communication, and the ability to work toward excellent resident care.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with activities of daily living.
Provide residents with companionship and reassurance.
Help create a comforting, engaging, and homelike environment that respects residents’ dignity and individual needs.
Work with nursing and other facility teams to coordinate comprehensive care.
