About The Position

Requirements

Hold an active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in Iowa, or be able to activate certification.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
Support medication administration and conduct routine vital checks.
Provide emotional support and companionship while fostering a positive and engaging environment.
Communicate with residents, families, and the healthcare team.
Encourage and facilitate recreational and therapeutic activities that support residents’ health and daily routines.
Follow infection-control protocols to help maintain a clean and safe environment.
