About The Position
Benedictine is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA-NAR) to provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents. CNAs work on the front lines of resident care, ensuring residents are treated with dignity and respect and have choices in their lives. The position is part of Benedictine, a non-profit senior care organization founded by the Sisters of St. Scholastica and guided by the values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect, and Justice. The posting also advertises walk-in interviews for CNAs, RAs, and RN/LPNs, with a variety of full- or part-time shifts available.
Requirements
- Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
- BLS Certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct resident care.
- Report changes in residents’ conditions to an RN or LPN.
- Chart in the POC system.
- Demonstrate time management and prioritize tasks.
