About The Position

Cura of Le Sueur is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide quality care and make a positive difference in residents’ lives. Full-time, part-time, and PRN positions are available to accommodate a variety of schedules. The facility is holding walk-in interviews on November 18th from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.; no appointment is necessary. Applicants can meet the team, learn about available positions, and explore opportunities to grow their healthcare careers.

Candidates should be compassionate, dependable, and motivated, and be committed to resident-centered care, safety, dignity, and quality of care.

Requirements

• Hold a current, active Minnesota CNA certification, LPN license, or RN license, as applicable to the position.
• Demonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Be dependable and professional, and work effectively in a team environment.
• Meet applicable background study and employment eligibility requirements.
• Be flexible to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting is preferred but not required.
