About The Position

Benedictine is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA-NAR) to provide high-quality, compassionate care to residents. CNAs work on the front lines of resident care, treating residents with dignity and respect and supporting their choices. The role includes providing direct care, reporting changes in residents’ conditions to an RN or LPN, and documenting care in the POC system. The CNA also demonstrates effective time management and prioritization of tasks.

Requirements

• Be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
• Have good communication skills.
• Be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Hold BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care.

• Chart in the POC system.
