About The Position

Cura of Le Sueur is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide quality, resident-centered care. Full-time, part-time, and PRN positions are available to accommodate a variety of schedules. Walk-in interviews are offered on November 18 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.; no appointment is necessary. Applicants can meet the team, learn about available positions, and explore career growth opportunities in healthcare.

Candidates should be compassionate, dependable, motivated, and committed to making a positive difference in residents’ lives. They must hold the current, active Minnesota certification or license applicable to the role and meet background study and employment eligibility requirements.

Requirements

• Current, active Minnesota CNA certification, LPN license, or RN license, as applicable to the position.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide compassionate, resident-centered care.
• Dependability and professionalism, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to follow facility policies, procedures, and resident care plans.
• Meet applicable background study and employment eligibility requirements.
• Flexibility to work scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Commitment to maintaining resident safety, dignity, and quality of care.

• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting.
