About The Position
Nuclear Care Partners provides compassionate, in-home care for people impacted by their work in Department of Energy or Nuclear Energy programs. The Certified Nursing Assistant supports patients’ quality of life through consistent, one-on-one, relationship-based care in their homes. The role is available part time or full time. Compensation depends on experience, shift type, and market factors; the posted range is described as covering entry-level to highly experienced applicants, but no dollar amounts are provided.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Active CNA certification in Tennessee.
- CPR certification.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently in a non-facility setting.
Nice To Haves
- Home health, long-term care, or hospice experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Provide companionship, emotional support, and social engagement.
- Support meal preparation, nutrition, and light housekeeping.
- Monitor and report changes in patients’ conditions.
- Follow care plans and document accurately using EMR standards.
