About The Position
Chelsey Park Health & Rehab is hiring a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant to support residents with daily needs and provide compassionate, patient-centered care. The CNA builds meaningful relationships with residents and treats them with dignity and respect while working with nurses and interdisciplinary teams. Requirements
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification from the State of Georgia or eligibility to obtain it.

Nice To Haves
- Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Support resident mobility, transfers, and positioning.
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
- Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver care.
- Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
