About The Position

Gordon Health & Rehab is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for a full-time role. The CNA supports residents’ daily needs with dignity and respect, builds meaningful relationships, and provides compassionate, patient-centered care in a supportive, team-oriented environment. The position offers a starting pay of $18.71 to $21 per hour, shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends, and weekly pay. Prior long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Requirements

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Georgia, or eligibility to obtain it.
• A heart for service and a passion for caring for others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.

• Prior long-term care experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver care.
• Foster a positive and respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members.
