About The Position

FellowshipLIFE is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants to provide compassionate care in Skilled Nursing/Sub-Acute, Assisted Living, and Memory Care settings, including a newly expanded sub-acute household. The role supports post-acute residents and contributes to a positive, hygienic, and supportive environment. The posting lists a full-time 3 p.m.–11 p.m. opportunity that includes every other weekend, as well as per diem opportunities on all shifts. The stated expected hours are 37.5 per week, and pay is $24.00–$26.00 per hour.

Requirements

• CNA certification in good standing with the New Jersey Board of Nursing.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy standards.
• CNA license/certification is required.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience as a Nursing Assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Desire to excel and grow as a healthcare professional.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures.
• Experience in memory care, hospice care, or medical-surgical environments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to post-acute residents.
• Monitor vital signs and promptly report changes to the supervisor.
• Observe and communicate residents’ conditions to the nursing team.
• Assist with meals and feeding, and support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Maintain a hygienic environment.
• Act as a liaison among medical staff, residents, and visitors.
• Assist with moving and repositioning residents as needed.
• Provide compassionate companionship and foster a positive environment for residents.
